Refund Guarantee

1. Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for the refund guarantee, you must:

• Be an active Stuccco Pro Plan member

• Use a minimum of 5 virtually staged photos from Stuccco for the listing (photo enhancement does not count).

• Use the virtually staged photos exclusively in your MLS listing. No third-party virtual staging may be used.

• Publish or update the MLS listing within 5 days of receiving your virtually staged photos.

• Include at least 3 virtually staged photos within the first 7 photos of the listing.

• Provide proof of MLS listing with virtually staged photos (including screenshots and public URL).

• Keep the listing actively published for at least 30 consecutive days.

• Price the property within 10% of fair market value based on recent comparable sales.

• Not materially alter the physical property (renovations, staging, cleaning, etc.) during the 30-day window.

• Not significantly adjust the list price (no increases greater than 10%) or relist the property.

• Promote the listing using at least one marketing channel (e.g. MLS syndication, social media, email, website, or advertising).

• Submit a refund request within 5 business days after the 30-day listing window ends to info@stuccco.com

2. Refund Terms:

• Refunds apply only to the original cost of the virtually staged photos. Other services, enhancements, rush fees, software fees or consulting fees are excluded.

• The guarantee is valid for one listing per customer.

• The property must be a residential real estate listing located in the United States.

• The listing must not enter escrow or go under contract during the 30-day window. (If it does—even if it hasn’t closed—the guarantee is void.)

• Stuccco will review each request and has up to 7 business days to determine refund eligibility.

• Stuccco reserves the right to deny refunds where fraud, manipulation, or bad-faith marketing is suspected.

3. Discretion Clause:

Stuccco reserves the right to deny any refund request if it reasonably determines that the listing was not marketed in good faith or that the agent did not adhere to the above conditions.

4. Modification or Termination of Guarantee:

Stuccco reserves the right to modify or terminate this guarantee at any time, without prior notice, for new orders. Existing orders placed under the guarantee will still be honored according to these terms.
